Fee Schedule

1. Our Appraiser offers up to a 30 minute no obligation telephone consultation to prospective clients
2. When our Appraisers services are retained:
   • On site inspection and inventory process rate is $150.00 per hour. Our Appraiser will offer a contract outlining the service requested from the client and the product the Appraiser will deliver to the client. This includes a written estimate based on the service requested. A retainer will be paid by client upon the completion of inspection and inventory process.
   • Client will be offered the choice of a hard copy of the final Appraisal Report that will be billed at $1.00 per page for each copy of report requested.
   • Client will be billed for any postage delivery fee for finished report requested.
   • Or a digital copy of the report electronically delivered at no additional expense.
